Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program. She has spent over twenty years studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and the emotions that we all experience. 

Dr. Brown has devoted more than ten years to studying leadership, and found that courageous leaders aren’t born - they are made.  

Courageous leadership is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on raising awareness and developing these courage-building skillsets.

Sandra Shaddock was specially chosen to be trained by Brené Brown in 2019.

She has helped individuals and teams move from armored leadership to daring leadership.  Since 2019 over 30,000 people, across every continent, have taken the 24-hour courage-building program.
